What we collect

Only what you choose to give us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, your partner’s name if you add it, your email address, a phone number if you ask us to call or text, and what you share about your wedding — the services you are interested in, how you want the day to feel, anything about faith and meaning you choose to include, your budget preference for DOVE services, what is already arranged, and your date, location and guest estimate where known.

We do not ask for dietary or health information, payment details, passwords or account registration. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Why

To respond to you, to prepare for a first conversation with a planner, and, if you go ahead, to plan the services you have asked for. Faith-related answers are used only to plan around what matters to you. We do not use your details for marketing lists and we do not sell them.

Who receives it

Your enquiry goes to DOVE’s planner inbox (currently parker@veepo.ca) and a confirmation is sent to you. Details are shared with a vendor only when you ask us to introduce you.

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (secure storage of enquiries and the server that receives them), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). Each acts under its own privacy terms and only to provide its service.

How long

While we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the thread back up. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
