The DOVE experience

Your vision. A planner by your side.

Calgary & the foothills

From vision to a coordinated team

Four stages. One planner.

A couple shares their wedding vision with one planner, who helps bring together trusted Christian wedding vendors around that vision, their budget and the resources they already have.

  1. Share your vision and priorities

Tell us what you imagine, what matters most, and what is already in place — a church, a date, a photographer, or nothing yet. A feeling is enough to begin.

  2. Explore a tailored team and realistic options

Your planner listens, then suggests trusted Christian vendors who fit your vision and budget, and talks through what each option would involve.

  3. Agree scope, costs and responsibilities

Together you confirm which services DOVE will help with, what they will cost, and who is responsible for what. Nothing is booked until you say so.

  4. Prepare for the celebration with your planner

With the team in place, your planner stays your one point of contact through the agreed scope, so the day can be about the vows and the people.

What stays yours

You keep the vision. We keep the thread.

  • Your choices, your church, your pastor and the vendors you have already booked are welcome from the first conversation.
  • Money is discussed plainly. You share a budget for the services you want; your planner shows what it can do and what it cannot.
  • Scope, costs and responsibilities are written down before anything begins, and you have one person to ask throughout the agreed scope.

Practical questions

Before you enquire.

Answers from how DOVE actually works. If your question is not here, the message route is always open.

Your day begins with a conversation.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

No strings. No commitment.
